Description

The UPD*****2AGY-B*5X-MJH-A is a high speed, low power, 4,**4,**4 bits (**2,**4 words by *6 bits) CMOS static RAM.

The UPD*****2AGY-B*5X-MJH-A has two chip enable pins (/CE1, CE2) to extend the capacity.

The UPD*****2AGY-B*5X-MJH-A is packed in **-pin PLASTIC TSOP (I) (Normal bent).
